Our management team is made up of veterans of the Technology and Services sectors. Each has also had significant experience in the dynamic Internet industry.
Greg Simmons - President, CEO and CTO
Prior to founding CrimsonBow, Greg held various technology and management roles for Fortune 500
corporations including IBM, Smith Barney, ING Barings and SMC.
Most recently, he served as Director of Engineering at About.com, the 5th largest internet property
where for 3 years he managed the development of web based CRM, Advertising, Metrics and Payroll systems.
Greg holds an MBA from NYU's prestigious Stern School of Business and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from
Stevens Institute of Technology.
Valerie Gagnon - VP Marketing and Sales
Valerie brings over 10 years of sales experience in the technical services arena. Having worked
for technology services firms Compucom, Entex and ERI, she provides a strong understanding of how to meet the technical
needs of large corporate customers. She holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing Management from Pace University as well
as a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Lasell College in Boston.
Walter Watson - VP Engineering
Walter's strengths stem from 19 years of hands on application and systems development experience in
the Internet, wireless, telephony and scientific sectors.
He has designed systems for Fortune 500 firms including Paine Webber and Smith Barney,
in addition to his 12 years at Bell Labs.
Walter holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from New Jersey Institute
of Technology and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Cristinel Melkonian - Creative Director
Cristinel has been in the graphics and design industry for over ten years providing services to Sony, TDK, Stabilo and other major firms in Europe.
Prior to joining CrimsonBow, Cristinel was Creative Director for Messen&Events in Germany.
Cristinel holds a Masters Degree in Communications, Graphics and Industrial Design from the Akademie für Bildende Künste in Romania.
Steven Lord - Editorial Director
Steven is our resident authority on matters of the pen.
A nationally-syndicated columnist with Knight-Ridder Tribune, he serves as an expert witness for the SEC,
is a freelance columnist for Bloomberg Personal Finance magazine and has lectured at Harvard University.
Steven served as editor-in-chief of Buttonwood Publishing,
and was the publisher of the renowned Dick Davis Digest.
Fluent in German, Steven earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
